 Today, in the midst of a global transformation driven by artificial intelligence and technology, we reaffirm our commitment to an education that combines knowledge, wisdom, and empathy.

 Through our MAPS model, Integrated Work Training, and Mentorship, we help each person discover their why and their what for, integrating learning, awareness, and contribution.
 At Tecmilenio, we believe that true innovation occurs when intelligence is put at the service of human flourishing. Our purpose is to inspire each student, collaborator, and ally to be an agent of change, building together a more conscious, supportive, and sustainable society.

Tecmilenio Story

Our story begins in September 2002 when the Board of Directors of Tecnológico de Monterrey founded Tecmilenio. Then Board President Lorenzo Zambrano and Rector Rafael Rangel Sostmann had the clear vision of creating an institution with the aim of providing high-quality education to promote effective employability.

Their idea bore fruit, and we inaugurated our first facilities in Monterrey, N.L.. Later, we began operations in Mexico City, and over time, we opened more campuses in key cities such as Zapopan, Cancún, Chihuahua, Zacatecas, and Morelia, among others.

In 2013, we created the Institute for Purpose and Integrated Well-being (IPBI, for its Spanish acronym), with the goal of increasing people's well-being in all areas of life, through teaching, scientific knowledge dissemination, and research tools development and application through courses, programs, certificates, and postgraduate degrees based on the science of well-being and aided by internationally recognized experts.

Today, we continue to write our history with an unwavering commitment and a future-oriented vision.
